Great Art Deco design elements enhance the atmosphere.

Good hotel, I do not recomend their private car parking as suitable for only very very small cars and it is not near the hotel!

in the middle of tourist season the elevator was being renewed, over many days. toudh to go stairs with children and injury on leg

Family friendly hotel with decent comfort

Breakfast was included, pretty good with hot and cold items. The hotel is close to the casino just on the edge of the main shopping and dining area

It was not inexpensive but still acceptable for the overall experience

The staff were friendly and helpful we were greeted very nicely

The single room were small and I didn't like the idea of smoking rooms being on the same landing as non smoking

Overall I enjoyed my stay in the Hotel, the staff were very helpful, the breakfast was good, the maid service was very efficient and it was a good place to stay.

A lottle bit more preparation in my room would have made a big difference- the tv remote did not work, the tv is positioned so you cannot watch it from the bed (the angle is all wrong) and there were no instruvctions on how to set the safe. Minor niggles really and I am sure if I had mentioned it they would have been sorted but they did not really impact on my stay.

Loved the comfy bed in my room and the fantastic shower! The hotel is super close to the beach and city center. Just a bummer that the breakfast wasn't great and could've had more variety. 😕

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Very good breakfast in a bright and airy breakfast room. Free internet access. Location on coast tram route, a couple of stops from rail station, very close to shoppping area, casino and beach.

Single room small and fairly spartan. Shower/WC cubicle tiny, requiring considerable contortions. Impossible to dry off after shower through lack of room. Proximity to the nightspots of the Langestraat meant that I was awoken one morning at 4, another at 5 by noisy revellers on the street.

I loved how the hotel is just a few steps from the beach and the lively city center starts right at your doorstep, making it so easy to explore attractions like Leopoldpark and nearby landmarks .

i liked the location and i liked the breakfast

i did not like the single bed as the rom was too small and the matress was not that comfortable-the room i stayed in is for a teenager not an adult.

the staff - outstandingly accommodating and amiable.

The location is spot-on for sightseeing. The showers were excellent.

The breakfast situation was a disaster-chaotic with limited seating and unclean dishes at the buffet. The design inside lacks the promised Art Deco elements. I found my room to be rather cramped, especially the storage.

The only thinks I like was that the room was clean and it is very close to the see. Next day we moved in a different hotel

The staff could not help with any think they are helpless for different reasons(not because they are rut)and mainly because of the system. We could not have even a double blanket (we had 4 single beds on wheels in the room even though we supposed to have a double and a single) and being a couple we needed to put 2 of the singles together and of course we request a double blanket. There is not parking in front of the hotel you need to park on a side where in fact the actual parking places are suspended and that closed str is used for axes the car park underneath and if you miss it there is no other way or place to park to find the hotel there is so much construction work around the hotel You do not wont to know the hotel view only construction

Lovely small hotel located just next door to downtown, and underground public parking, bars, beach, trams and shopping. Very good service from the attentive, knowledgeable staff members. Modest room with great views of the park. A good choice of facilities such as: a balcony and a hair dryer. Excellent and absolutely perfect location - just next door to The Sea. Also, close to the bar street...
